1. Services:

BrandStart.live agrees to provide web and marketing services as agreed upon between the parties. These services may include but are not limited to website design, development, digital marketing, and related services.

2. Payment and Fees:

Client agrees to pay fees as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract. Payments are due according to the payment schedule specified. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

3. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information obtained from the other party during the term of this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, client information, and trade secrets.

4. Intellectual Property:

BrandStart.live retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with any custom design, development, or content created as part of the services. The Client is granted a license to use such materials for their business purposes.

5. Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement. Upon termination, all fees owed become immediately due, and any work in progress may be halted.

6. Warranty and Liability:

BrandStart.live makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the success of marketing efforts or the performance of the services. The Client agrees that BrandStart.live is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of business. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the agreement.

8. Amendments:

BrandStart.live reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The Client is responsible for reviewing the terms periodically, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes. By using BrandStart.live's services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
